What a lovely Sunday, its heating up outside and it is time for another beach day!
After a few hours at the beach, i went to About Life. They have just launched a new menu and i am very pleased with the outcome.
After 16hr of fasting i had a nice piece of barramundi, pan fried broccoli and 2 kale & Sweet potato hash. YUM!
