Cardio and Salad

As i mentioned earlier i have tried to implement some more HIIT sessions into my workout routine, today i did a 40 HIIT session and for lunch i had a beautiful salad with greens, tomato, apple, balsamic vinegar, a little avocado and one of these new crackers from Venerdi PALEP grain free crackers.
